At Stronger Me, we focus on practical, real-world self-defence techniques based on Ju Jitsu principles.
We teach in London, Budapest, Malta and at international seminars when invited.
Our program consists of 4 hours of physical and self-awareness training and is designed for all skill levels, from beginners to those with prior experience.

My name is Szilvia Vikartoczky and my journey in martial arts began at an early age.
Growing up in a martial arts family, I learned that self-defence is more than just physical techniques—it’s about confidence, awareness, and mental resilience.

I am a 2nd Dan Nihon Tai-Jitsu and Nihon Ju-Jitsu master, learnt from my father,
Gusztav Vikartoczky, a 7th dan Nihon Tai-Jitsu and Nihon Ju-Jitsu master.
Through Stronger Me, I am committed to sharing these skills, helping women build the strength and self-assurance to navigate the world more safely.

At Stronger Me, we provide self-defence training rooted in traditional Japanese martial arts, adapted for practical application in everyday life. Our approach goes beyond physical techniques—we emphasize awareness, confidence, and empowerment to equip women with the skills and mindset needed to navigate the world safely.
We believe that true strength is not only physical but also mental and emotional. Self-defence is not just about reacting to threats; it is about prevention, preparedness, and self-assurance. Our philosophy is built on four key principles:

What is Ju-Jitsu?
Ju Jitsu (also spelled Jujutsu, Jiu Jitsu, or Ju-Jitsu) is a traditional Japanese martial art that focuses on using an opponent's force against them. It includes a mix of striking, joint locks, throws, chokes, and grappling techniques.
Originally developed by the samurai for hand-to-hand combat when weapons were not an option, it has evolved into multiple styles, including Traditional Ju Jitsu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), and Judo.
