My name is Szilvia Vikartoczky and my journey in martial arts began at an early age.
Growing up in a martial arts family, I learned that self-defense is more than just physical techniques—it’s about confidence, awareness, and mental resilience.
I am a 2nd Dan Nihon Tai-Jitsu and Nihon Ju-Jitsu master, learnt from my father,
Gusztav Vikartoczky, a 7th dan Nihon Tai-Jitsu and Nihon Ju-Jitsu master.
Through Stronger Me, I am committed to sharing these skills, helping women build the strength and self-assurance to navigate the world more safely.
At Stronger Me, we provide self-defense training rooted in traditional Japanese martial arts, adapted for practical application in everyday life. Our approach goes beyond physical techniques—we emphasize awareness, confidence, and empowerment to equip women with the skills and mindset needed to navigate the world safely.
